Heather’s dedication to her clients and employees is proven effective for delivering successful construction management for every multifamily asset.

Victor brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with 30+ years working in construction. Victor brings a twist to the table with 8+ years’ experience in real estate. He has been a handy man and General Contractor with specialties in Concrete (ADA included), plumbing, customized interior renovations, full scope.

With an 18-year career in commercial construction, Paul brings a highly diverse range of experience working in commercial, civil, medical, and government ground-up construction and renovation. His authentic and structured management style has a very favorable impact on clients and contractors.

Kyle Teal is a Senior Construction Manager experienced in on and off-site Construction Management, Budgeting, Estimating, Contract writing and Due Diligence walks. He’s worked on everything from small remodels to large site wide renovations including LED façade upgrades to ground up projects.

Andrew Mack joined SD-Cap in May of 2022 after working in Construction Management previously. He has been in the construction industry for over nine years. He is skilled at working in commercial renovations as well as new construction, completing multiple projects nationwide.

Jim has been in the multifamily industry since 2011. He started out as a Project Manager for a national general contractor. Later he got experience with an in-house construction team with a well-known group to further his experience and knowledge. Now Jim enjoys working with the SD Cap team and has been a construction manager for over 4 years. He prides himself in his dedication to our clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Daniel Saleba has cultivated a versatile and well informed history of experience in all aspects of construction spanning 30+years. He has managed muli-million dollar, multi-phase projects simultaneously, and understands the fundamental basics of bringing projects in on time and under budget. Daniel’s work experience includes Client relations, project cost estimation, coordination with engineers, sub-contractor oversight and city official diplomacy. From inception to completion his role as Director has added considerable value to every project to the depth of my work history.

Scott Aikman is the newest member of the SD-Cap team and joined the company in August 2022. Scott has construction experience in industrial, commercial, multifamily, residential planned communities, and concrete tilt-up warehouses. Prior to joining SD Cap, Scott was the Senior Construction Manager of New Acquisitions at Prime Residential.

Doug started his construction career as an on-site Maintenance Supervisor over 12 years ago in student housing. He has worked as a project manager for owners and general contractors all in the south-central regions. Doug has experience with multiple areas of the industry and started his construction management career with SD-Cap in March of 2022.

Nolan is a Jr. Construction Manager with 12 years’ experience in the construction industry with special attention to window and door construction. Nolan is a former Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps and enjoys being a strong leader to the onsite construction teams focusing on communication.

Amy Sorge has been a Project Accountant overseeing a variety of full scope interior and exterior multifamily renovation projects throughout the United States for 10+ years, from both the General Contractor and Construction Management perspectives. She enjoys building relationships with everyone involved throughout the life cycle of a project and working as a team to ensure a successful transparent project.

Bonny Strickland is the Accounting Assistant for SD-Cap and joined the team in May 2022. Bonny has over 30 years of experience working with engineering firms, home construction, home improvement and a variety of other industries. Bonny loves using her experience to support and contribute to the success of the team.

Erik Valencia is a Junior Project Accountant for SD-Cap Construction Management, LLC. He is a graduate of Texas State University and a new addition to the company. He brings efficiency and new visions to the project accounting team.
